How to make my sump better?

How can I improve this sump? I dont know much about DIY stuff so a good explantion will help. Dimensions is 24L, 13W, and 17T. Do I need to add more baffles? and how do u make a bubble trap?

i use a 40 breader heres how i have my baffeles works awsome

I use an oceanic sump,only diff it is drilled for external retun pumps.The foam in the divider is all the bubble trap you should need.Just use as it is unless you are wondering about a seperate compartment for a fuge.
