My FOWLR used to be a reef, so I am supposed to assume that I introduced uronema at one point or another.

If I buy a prequarantined/or quarantine at home group of anthias. Will they get uronema in my tank? Is there any tricks to managing the disease so the anthias won’t die? My LFS has a few in their show tank with corals, so I think it’s definitely possible to manage the disease?

I am confused why you are assuming your tank has uronema? Did you actually have fish in there that displayed the sores at some point?
