I got this kessil H80 with 12” gooseneck for a pretty good price and would really like to use it for a refugium.

Trouble is I have no idea where to mount it.
I believe the best place will be where the space where to bio block, but open to any other ideas.
Tank is a pro clear 150.

Any ideas that still allow adequate airflow so the light remains relatively cool?

That is a great little light for exactly this type of situation. Nice find, it is hard to a good deal on used high end reefing equipment. The way the gooseneck mounts to the tank rim makes this a bit tricky. I believe you may be able to squeeze it in on the end of the sump behind the refugium but it will def be tight and you'll have to shorten the set screw. You could also modify the mount in some way or make something for it to mount to. Otherwise the front would work but it would restrict access. In terms of cooling you only need around an inch of space. Most important for cooling is airflow out of the aquarium stand.
