Sensors:

4 Optical Sensors: Saltwater High/Low sensors, Rodi water Hi/Low
2 Solenoids (one for fresh, one for salt)
Dos for the water change
2 floor leak sensors.
I have an EB8 (new one) and 2 fluid management modules down there.
I also have manual float valves as a backup if the sensors fail)

I want to have the system setup like so:

1. When empty turn off dos, and refill the reservoir until the high level. (saltwater) and notify me (once) that it is emptying.
2. After the reservoir is full, Email me once a day until I mix the salt, and set a setting.
3. Dos AWC restarts doing the water changes.

The rodi refill
1. ( I will have an optical sensor in my ATO reservoir at the tank I want to refill remotely. )
2. When at Lo sensor fill until Hi sensor is reached and wait until Lo is hit.
3. Fill ATO until sensor is hit and then turn off.

This is a lot of automation which means a lot of points of failure.

Have you thought about just estimating when you’d need to refill your saltwater for your AWC and just set a calendar date? It’s easily quantifiable. If you can’t get around to it, just turn off the AWC in Apex? This is what I do- 50g container, 3765ml a day, refill around 30 days.

Im sorry that isn’t the answer you wanted so I will suggest you put pre filters on your FRESH and waste water for your AWC system if using DOS pumps. They eventually clog- even the fresh saltwater. I also would recommend clean outs with a T and valve on the tank side. I just hook up a high pressure pump on the reservoir side and open the valve (tank side) into a bucket on the tank side to flush the lines every 6months or so.

What type of filter do you recommend? Also are you saying high pressure with the dos inline or the lines disconnected?

What pump would you recommend?
