I picked up a really nice Tamco Water storage container on marketplace and the person was nice enough to clean it with Chlorine Water right before I picked up lol. It smells really strong of chlorine. Would a good rinse with water and air dry be enough? I also have some Campden tablets from homebrewing that I could throw in.

I'd skip the Campden tablets, and just rinse and air dry.
If you are still worried maybe using a dechlorinator product.
I always keep the API Tap Water Conditioner on hand.

You should be able to just rinse with RODI and let it dry and if it doesn't smell like chlorine you should be all set.

A super easy and cheap way to double check is buy some pool test strips to test the water. I would suggest using it in your tank first to guage what the zero chlorine color is. When I started to use test strips for my phyto sterilization the no chlorine tab didn't look white but was the same color as the level of chlorine in my tank which is zero.
