Step 1 remove all interior silicone

Step 2 get ALL the silicone off the glass

Step 3 re-silicone inside seam, and enjoy the fruits of your hard work

Step 4 post on an aquarium forum and realize u should have taken all the panes off and completly redone the silicone...

Step 5 take silicon u just put on, off
(Lost this pic apparently)
Step 6 remove panes

Step 7 make a huge chip in one of the panes of glass (at least it was the bottom in this case :)

Step 8 clean glass to the best of your ability and stack it neatly

Step 9 contact local glass shop and get quote on replacing glass u broke

I got my glass in last week now if i could only get a week of warm weather i could put this thing back together and finish this thread :)
