How to save this Trachy?

Hey guys I picked up this Trachy from the LFS for just $30, they said it's on it's way out but for price I couldn't help but try. I'm going to move it into shade and low flow, but is there anything else I can do to increase my chances of success?

I had a very similar trachy die on me from a small bacterial infection about a year ago. To be honest, I haven't seen one that bad come back, but hoping someone else can chime in to help!

Target feeding, and spot treating with a quality amino (assuming your parameters are good) is your best bet here. If it is suffering from a bacterial infection, an antibiotic (cipro?) might help as well.
