Just needing some idea and pick your brain on how to stand corals (not frags) with its base not being flat on a bare bottom.

For example, putting non-flat base (curvy) Elegance coral or perhaps doing Euphyillias garden when the hammers can't stand on their own due to their base.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I mean with sand bottom, we can just snuck in the coral base into the sand which we can't do on a bare bottom.

Cut flat bases out of dry rock and affix corals. I've done similar with encrusting frags to give a bigger base to grow on.
Like this maybe? Crappy photo, I can never get the green on that lobo to expose correctly 20220830_182421.jpg 20220830_182404.jpg

I did cheat and use pvc on the meat coral but when it's fully inflated the pvc isn't visible. I thought about cutting the skeleton flat but don't have the nerve to do it.

These are all glued to either a flat made from Marco cement or a piece of Tonga branch that has been sliced. Works well, I can move them when needed including g the ones on the Tonga branch. I used glue.
