How would you stock your 220g FOWLR?

I came across a 220g tank came with a black dogface puffer and zebra eel so what other additions would add and in what order?

I guess that depends on what your must have fish are. Maybe a group of tangs all put in at the same time to limit the aggression. In a FOWLR I like large body angels. I would come up with a list of fish that you like and then ask about stocking order.

Well, I have pictured in my head like 5 yellow tangs maybe a single niger/bluethroat/ or redtail trigger then maybe a large angel with a couple dwarfs if possible then im not sure after that.
