I'm very new to the hobby. I started shortly after I got out of the U.S. Army earlier this year. Did my 4 years and was back on the job hunt. I was fascinated by all these reef aquariums I've seen everywhere I went, especially when I'm at my friends' places. So much that I decided to start one of my own. I never knew how much the equipment would cost me just to begin with. Good thing I saved up some cash during my service.
Now I'm learning new things about the hobby. Knowing there's a huge community here (after a fortunate random Google search), I'm about to learn a lot more, and I'm glad to be a part of it.
