Hurricane chalice underneath

Hello. All my corals are doing ok. I think this one my miami hurricane chalice is bleaching in the area that has this. Does anybody know what it is? Or any recommendations to save it?

dip it... see if it comes off. the small tubes look like vermatid snails

The dark area is coral skeleton. The tubes are vermetid snails.
