Hey Anyone...I got a hurt Goby and I'm a bit depressed about it. Have owned this guy for over a year. Got it with two clowns. They've never fought, had them in a 10 gallon for about 8 months then moved them to a 20 about 3 months ago. Over the last month and a half the clowns have gone nuts, nipping chunks out of the poor fish's tail and fin. I couldn't find it for a couple weeks and then all of a sudden it emerged. You can see how bad shape it's in. Any suggestions to nurse it back to health. Its breathing fine but cant swim worth anything. When it attempts it just gets swept away in the water column.

So here is what happened that is a firefish which should not be kept with clowns in small tanks because it nearly always ends in a firefish getting ripped to shreds. Firefish have fins that an aggressive pair of clownfish will attack. In larger tanks fine but in nano tanks it is an unsafe decision clowns in small tanks are mean and we underestimate clownfish compared to the other damsels.
