Hydor smart level ato won’t stop buzzing and won’t kick pump on

Hydor smart level ato won’t stop buzzing all of a sudden and won’t turn pump on. The pump works fine when plugged in alone it is a toms pump. Any idea what is causing this problem I have tryed to recalibrate it I tryed to clean it what else could I try or is it garbage
