Just wanted to tell you about my experience with Hydor. I purchased a pico powerhead and from the beginning it was noisy....I cleaned it several times to no avail! So I contacted them via email. They were very responsive, ask me to check a couple of things and try it agin. Nothing made a difference. I wrote them back and let them know. They asked me for a copy of the receipt and a photo of the hydor label o the pump. They are sending me a new one....no cost at all and only took me 2 emails a PDF, and a photo! Great experience with one of the largest venders out there. I would be very happy buying from them again! Great job Hydor!!

I have nothing but nice things to say about hydor they did similar thing hardly any questions were asked new one sent out fast
