Hydra 26HD will not update firmware

Hi, one of my 6 Hydra26HD refuses to update firmware. It happened with the previous 2.4.x firmware and now again with the latest 2.5.x.

The unit still works and responds, but it simply stalls every time I try to update it.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try contacting Ai’s tech support yet?

Thanks. I have contacted theaquariumsolution in the UK and just got a reply from them telling me to try and erase the unit from the group, Renoir and than try adding it back.

I will do that once I get home but in the meantime any additional ideas are welcome.

I guess this is part of the idea of having a sponsor forum here [emoji6]
