Hydra 52 settings recommendations ?

So after lots of deliberation I ordered two Hydra 52s.

For the moment i will use these on a 55 gallon mixed reef.

In about a month I will move the lights and livestock over to a 120 rimless new build.

In the 55 gallon I have mostly softies, Zoas, Palys etc on a couple LPS.

As I am new to LED and these are powerful lights I am looking for any recommendations for

settings you guys who have used these lights can provide.

I am concerned about nuking my animals... want to avoid any bleaching etc...

Anybody running these over a 55 or similar footprint and if so what settings are you using/finding to be appropriate ?

Currently the tank is lit by 440W VHO

I run mine in 2 6 hour periods with both blues at 80 and whites at 50 green red at 30 violet at 50 uv at 20 at is my peak outputs I ramp them up abd down are at peak for about an hour
