What are these in my tank? My best guess is some type of hydroid. If it’s not, please help ID. Thanks!

Can confirm not fan worms. It broke off and started swimming around like a jellyfish/hydroid
Yeah, looks hydroids undergoing strobilation (turning from polyps to ephyra - the free-swimming babies - then medusae - the free-swimming adults).
