Hydroids on my frag? Fenbendazole treatment?

Hi, wondering if ok to treat this coral with hydroids? And worms in my QT tank with this Fenbendazole.
and suggestions?

Would it be better to cut off the good bits n frag them, then treat the infected part?

That's what I would do. Those things are the literal worst!
