I cannot get my ATO to pull up on my app to add and set up. I have the sense port and drive port connected. But when I go to add it. I only get the options under type for “static” or “tester” input…

I am brand new to using the Hydros.. I recently just started up my 34g cube and decided to give a controller a whirl. I got the Hydros Control X4

My ATO is plugged into sense port 2 and drive port 1

Additionally, I plugged in my temp probe to probe port 1 and am having the same issues with getting it installed or connected.
Pics attached

Any advice would be wonderful. Even just some good tips for a brand new Hydros user. Thanks!

It looks like you have more than one controller. If you have not created a collective in the app make sure you are on the controller you have the sensor and ATO pump connected to. If you have not created a collective in the app you will want to do that but you the controllers will need to be connected together with command bus cables and you will also need a couple of terminators to put on the two empty command bus cables. Also the controller you have accessed when you create the collective will have it's settings transferred to the collective. After that any controller added to the collective will have it's settings erased when adding it into the collective. You will have to add the other controllers to the collective one at a time in the app.

Here is a screenshot of a small collective status page. There are only two controllers in this collective. There is a green banner near the top that says COLLECTIVE OK. This is what you should get if the collective is operating normally. The Name in blue Mix Station is the collective name. The two controllers in the collective are below that with some readings from each controller. The three overlapping circles in the symbol o the right of the XD's name denotes it is currently the wifi master of the collective and is the controller that communicates with any wifi devices paired to the collective. If you don't have a similar screen you probably do not have the controllers in a collective.
