i did some web searching but did not find whats i'm looking for. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Summer is coming and i want to add a usb fan to cool the tank, ideally control by Hydros. I have open USB ports on the wifi strip.

I cannot find any instruction on how to i add usb fan on the app. I would like the fan to turn on if the temp exceed say 80F.

I use cooling fans but they are 12v IP67 rated fans. The photo below is one of the fans I have. It has the standard computer fan connector. I power them with a 12v supply that I added the connector to mate with the fan connector. I use the chiller output type to control it with. You can do the same with a wifi USB port and a USB fan. I did not have good luck with the fans lasting until I started using the ones with a IP67 rating.

Yup, you can use the chiller feature, that would work great. Alternatively, you can use the Generic Input. This is an ultra customizable output profile, you can use up to 9 inputs to make an output decision.
