He is definitely a scammer and has not intention of sending any items. I have reported it to Paypal and my credit card company. If you know his whereabouts, please pm with that information. I would love to follow up with a police report. I have successfully had a previous scammer charged and placed in jail for this same type of behavior.

I hope I am wrong. People get busy, but a tracking is always important.

Could also be waiting for money to clear into his bank account before he ships cuz he’s broke. Sometimes it takes several business days to appear in the bank account.
