Hydros Help

[Reef keeper]

Hello,

So I have 2 Reef Octopus Octopulse 4+ with the hydros controller. They randomly where off tonight and I went and checked the actual hydros control box has no lights on it. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and lights came on and it did its thing then went dark. The powerheads will come on if I do max or min override. If I put it back to schedule it says Idle at 0.0%. I did update it earlier this week and I reverted back to the old firmware and It didn't make a difference. Any advice or fixes to it?

Have you reached out to CoralVue on the Hydros page? They're pretty responsive.

What @tbrown said - I've had very good support from them.... Just waiting for an excuse to replace my apex stuff :)
