Can anyone help me figure this out? Was running just fine, then upgraded from x4 to Launch. I'm getting no power to Hydros ATO. At first I thought maybe the pump burned out, so just bought a new one and still nothing.

Maybe a stupid question: you're sure you're using the correct drive port?

Do you have the AC power plugged in on the Launch. The drive ports have to have that power source to run. If you have it connected to a collective make sure there are no power supplies that connect directly to a command bus port in use. If the AC power is not it do the AC outlets on the Launch work?

The Launch brain will get power from the command bus but the output ports will need power from the AC plug on the Launch.

Thanks for your help! Totally forgot about that power cable.
I think the switch it was plugged into on strip was accidentally turned off.

It's up and running now 🙂

What really sucks about this, is I thought my ATO Pump was burned out at first, so I ordered a new one and tossed the old one. But it probably was still good all along lol 😵‍💫

That is unfortunate since you are right it was probably still good. The big giveaway for me was the 0v on the drive port when turned on. The X10, XD and the other controllers that have a separate power input will do this also if there is no power applied to that port. It is common on the other controllers for someone to not connect the power supply to that port but not on the Launch since the AC output will not work either. Most people getting one are going to use the AC outputs first and notice it then.
