I got a hydros minnow and can’t get it to connect I don’t know why

Yes it is and the WiFi led is blinking yellow but says I’m connected to wifi

and is says it can’t upload userid whatever that is

Are you still having this issue? If so, have you made sure you are connected to your 2.4 Wifi signals on your network? If you only see 5 GHZ for your network, you may have to login into your internet service provider app/account to split your signals into 2. One for 2.4 and the other 5. Sometimes the settings will automatically have wifi signals combined.
