Customer support is consistently disappointing, failing to provide solutions, leaving me to troubleshoot and resolve issues on my own through tricks (click this, ignore that prompt, retry twice and it works). It's just buggy and not safe for anyone who cares about their fish.

Buyer beware, I have $5,000 worth of hydros gear that I'm selling. Willing to let it go for 20% of what I paid, Hydros support has no interest in making a product work.
