I’m trying to recalibrate a 6mo PH probe and purchased 3 packs of 4ph, 7ph and 10ph PinPoint kits.

When calibrating the 7.0 solution, the closest I get is to Red. Last night I was messing w/recalibration for about 2hrs.

Will accepting the 7.0 in red throw off the 4&10ph calibration numbers?

My worry is dosing too much kalk from my reactor. I try to stay around 8.35

I would accept it and then without calibrating it, stick it back in the solution to see what your probe is reading. If it doesn't read 7.0 then you may have a faulty probe.
