Hydros questions

So I just purchased a new Hydros x4 starter kit and it came withe a Milwaukee ph probe. Isn't it isupposed to come a with a pinpoint? The wifi outlet came without it's own box and the starter card is missing. Do they come like this now or is this not new? I bought it from Fish tanks direct. Thanks in advance for the help

Both the X3 Starter and the X4 Pro Pack came with the Milwaukee pH probe for me.

When you say the WiFi strip came without a box, it was inside the X4 box, correct? My X3 Starter Pack had the WiFi strip in the box with everything else.

Yes but I have been watching videos online where it was boxed inside of the original box but I contacted coralvue and they said as long as I have the receipt I will be good. I was just worried about it being used and not having a warranty especially for paying that much I want something with a guarantee.

@banger32 We switched to Milwaukee probes as they have been providing great quality at the value.

The Wifi Strip will not be shipped with a box inside a box anymore. Wasteful.
