Hydros Sole will not prime

New Hydros Sole will not prime.

I double checked all connections and even opened up the manifold to see if all looked well in there. The pump runs, but does not pump water.

Help!

Have you tested it with short runs of tubing to make sure it works?

Are you trying to pull water up a large vertical distance?

I figured it out. Just pushing in the input tube and output tube until they stop are not good enough. I had to unscrew the input and output covers and push the tubes through about 3-4 mm further. Then screw the covers on again.
