I just got my Hydros and working on setting it all up. I want to stop all the return pump, wave makers and ATO pump if the rope leak gets activated from water contact.

I was able to setup the return pump but I can’t figure out the ATO pump. I got the tripe sensor optical unit and it looks like I can only set the ATO pump to read off that. (Hope that makes sense).

How to make the ATO pump shut off if the rope leak sensor ever gets triggered?

Take a screen shot of the ATO settings. My ATO is an aftermarket setup on the XP8.

Change the input count to 2.
I don’t see where you change the input count to 2

Choose the return pump there. "Off if Off"

Yes, use the depends on set to return pump to turn off the other outputs you would want off if the return is turned off. I would set the ATO, AWC, skimmer and the heaters if they are not actually in the tank to turn off if the return pump is off.
