Coralvue started shipping X10, iV and salinity probe kits to stores yesterday. So exspect to see them popping up in local fish stores very soon and online shortly after. If you want any of these products sooner, talk to your LFS that sells or stocks coralvue/Hydros products first.

Anyone know if they are going to implement salinity in any other fashion? I'm all for the x10, I just dont want to deal with the doser aspect (or the additional cost for integration).

No info has been released about future products. Unfortunately due to feedback from the x10 release, you most likely won’t hear about new products until they are just about to be released now.

They sell a salinity kit for $130 that includes probe and 2 calibration fluids. Any k10 probe with bnc port should work. But their kit is pretty reasonable and has been validated for x10
