Anyone heard of a release date for the Maven yet? At this point it fills like never.

It's going to cost close to $2300 dollars thats what I heard and the issue. Who would buy this for that amount? Imagine paying that and 6 months later all sorts of issues with unit. Automated system in my opinion not worth it yet. I say in about 3 years a lot better way of doing it. GHL has right mind set with IOND director

Yes, I forgot what video it said it's going to hard to keep unit under $2000. The video was from coralvue. It is one of the challenges they said.

I really don't get why the Reef Master Spa; Maven, etc so popular. Automation isn't close yet at all. The work you have to do in order to make sure the units testing correctly is more work than actual just manual testing plus $$$.

I seen GHL Ion director; Reef Master Spa and Focustronic in action. THe Reef Master spa is a nightmare since you will need to change all hoses every year or so as well as focustronic. GHL Ion once setup is the most accurate of them all. However, you need to change sensors at least every 4 months $$$. The Maven looks promising but the X10 from Hydros was not good in my opinion.
