Yeah, Cladonema:

Cladonema radiatum.

If you want to try and keep them, you would need to supply a healthy amount of zooplankton (rotifers, copepods, baby brine shrimp, etc.), and see what they eat. You would also need to care for them through their polyp stage, which you can see in the thread below:

Might be a new one for ya'll. No idea its growing like a plant some type of tube worm. Has 4 arms on its head almost like hydroid... But my worm was milking few days ago...??
