I’m starting a 93 gallon reef tank. It’s a 30x30x25. This is my 2 I have narrowed down to. Which one should I go with?

Welcome aboard, fellow ohioian here
Maybe take a look at noopsyche k7 pro. They are similar priced as the Amazon one posted and grow coral great. I run them over the tank in my aquarium showcase if you want take a look. @Zach B is the US rep for them. I think mine have been running almost 2 years now with no issues.

Do you think I should get 2 or would 1 work with my dimensions ?

One might work but I would recommend 2 if you are going to have livestock that need higher light like SPS or clams. I'm running six over my tank 72x24x24" but mine are only 7 inches off the water so I can't get the spread that I could if they were higher. My canopy doesn't allow me to raise them. Also I want to keep clams so with six I can get 300 par on the bottom for my clams not something everyone needs

What are you planning on stocking, coral-wise and what is your budget?

Agree with above. Lighting is not the place to skimp if you want to keep coral.

You’ve got some great advice and suggestions here, they’re on point.

Lighting is something I’d invest the time properly researching, regardless of the budget.

Keep in mind also that you don't even need lights until you actually have coral. Given recommendations that gives you 2 or 3 months before even softies are recommended.
