My tank needs some serious help!

What am I dealing with here? Is this dino? I’m almost ready to tear the tank down and start over!!

I don’t have any white light only photos I’ll try and get some in the next day or so! Parameters are as follows
Temp 81
Salinity 1.025
Nitrate 2
Phosphate .01 Hannah checker
Mag 1280
Cal 360
I’m waiting for brs to ship my alk Hannah checker so at this moment alk is unknown
Tank is a 24g all in one started about 7 months ago with all dry everything. I wanted to try the clean approach and it’s definitely giving me a run for my money! I’ve had other successful mixed reefs using wet live rock and wet sand no problem, so this is all perplexing to me!

Lower your temp and raise nutrients.
Have you pulled any of the rocks and scrubbed off the algae? If so, how long does it take for it to take over again?

Okay I’ll slowly bring temp back down, I raised them hoping it would slow the growth but seemed to have little effect I have to order something for both nitrate and phosphate dosing. I’ve ranked out a few smaller pieces that don’t have any frags on them to clean and I’d say with in 24 hours you can begin to see growth again and by 72 hours it pretty much covered. Surprisingly I’ve lost zero livestock though all of this
