Looks like a type of nereididae worm with what I can see in the picture.

There are many types in that group but from I have researched, Worst case is it will eat pods.

Thanks! I wasn’t at all worried. By the looks of it, it looks like a normal detritus eater. They’re sumped anyway. Just something I can’t say I’ve ever seen.
