Incase you didn’t get the reference...

My tank is tomahawked. It was looking great about a month ago and he fallen apart. My pulsing Xenia went from softball size to nickel sized, bta’s are shrinking, sps are gone and I have no idea why.
I have a redsea 170 with sump, 43 gallons. I am running a Octo 150sss, roller mat, redsea bio pellet reactor, gfo reactor, radio xr15 and 2 mp40s.

My parameters are
Nitrates: 15 ppm
Phosphate: 0.06 ppm
Alkalinity: 9.2
Calcium: 505
Mag: 1350
Temp: 78

I am running the coral lab lps/soft program. Any advice?

How longs ur tank been running. Idk that program but im guessing its similar to dutch synthetic reefing and its constantly dosing something?
Your tank looks great imo...
Give.it.time. it will balance.
You can do some.smaller frequent wcs to speed the balance process. Like i said. Looks great..give it time..we are all going off the edge with our ocean boxes.

Your tank is either new and still going through big changes, or a toxin got into your tank.

Also, 2 mp40's on a 43g tank is a bleep-ton of flow, I assume they are turned way down?

Yea they only hit 40% at tidal swell for a couple hours and they are anti-sync. I got a great Facebook market place deal on the whole setup.

It's 7 months old and how long did things look good? If they looked good for most of that 7 months, then some kind of toxin got into the tank.

Maybe take those reactors offline to start. Tank doesn't look bad at all but if corals keep dying ya there's a problem. My guess is water quality, something is off. Also not related and could be the pics but it doesn't look to bright in there. Good luck hopefully you get it figured out.

You know when you do something stupid and looking back wonder how you made it this far? I finally accepted that maybe my apex salinity probe is correct and my refractometer is off by .006 sg. My corals are all open now after a wc and a new refractometer.
