I couldn't say no

Pic with filter. Didnt want to jinx myself so I waited to post this picture until I knew this guy was healthy and eating well. I did see Lymphocystis on the tip of a fin but I hope that it was from stress and shipping. No cure so hope that doesnt become a problem. He/she eats frozen everytime I feed. So happy.

Very nice journey. I really respect your patience and attention to detail. When I started 3 months ago, I wish I would have shown the patience you are.

First saltwater tank was in 2000, first reef tank was in 2002. I have learned being patient saves future headaches.

Got my water station built. I think it will hold just fine. Still need to order and do plumbing.

How's the moory doing?
He is doing great. Eats flake, pellet, and frozen. He picks at algae on the rocks and walls but is not interested in algae in a clip. He will get 2 new tank mates this Saturday, a yellow tang and a kole tang. I figure he is eating well and almost eats out of my hand, so he is not shy. Good time to introduce tankmates now. Especially since I got them for $25 for the pair from my local reef club.

Thank you.
They swim together and are doing well. I think they feel safer swimming together. The 2 tangs came from the same tank and have been together for years.

Thank you. Its going slower than I would like but at least its going.

I just realized I never had a pic of my uv sterilizer. So...here it is.

My tank seems to naturally stay around this...so far at least. No refugium, ATS, liqiud phosphate remover, or gfo. I feed very heavy. It takes a barebottom tank a long time to settle in and find its equilibrium.
