I'm sorry I have no pic. Saw this lil guy at our LFS and they couldn't tell me what it was!! So I'll describe it :)

3-4" long, black with blue spots Eel like body with pectoral fins. But the face is very Goby like.

Any possible ideas would help. No miracles expected :)
