The first thing I see is that it is lying down on the sand, I would get it off the sand to start.

We need full parameters to start. Tank info and history is helpful as well. A full tank shot can also help tell the story. Is this a fairly new tank?

Absent any other info, a coral dip wouldnt hurt.
