I have been cycling this tank for a month naw I don't no what happen if any one could help me it's black stuff on the floor of the sand

I would say you are entering into the ugly stages of cycling;) Most likely you have the beginnings of diatoms. Check you nitrient levels (Po4 and No3). Your tank is telling you it is coming alive. If you have not started yet, water changes of 10% are good and also look at your lights. A lot of times myself being guilty of it, running our whites a little high.

Looks like detritus or fines settling out of the sand/rock. If there's enough flow, it shouldn't settle and your filter will get it. If not, you could try siphoning it out with your next water change.
