Not really sure how to post in the market but if anyone in so cal is interested in everything I have including coral, fish and all equipment here plus tons of extras let me know. You just have to make arrangements to move it. Probably 15k worth all together now.
@ndrwater

Sorry about the bad news man, hope all goes well, I’ll miss seeing the drunk starfish around this website.

I'm sorry to hear you are getting out but I totally understand. Life takes priority. I'm just getting started in the hobby and it is really fun but also daunting getting things set up and getting myself up to speed!

I'm interested in your set up. I'm in the Ventura CA area how far are you from there? If you're not too far maybe we can make something work.

I’ve never been so happy to see someone leaving the hobby! I think your reasons are awesome, and I hope you and your family truly enjoy all of the memories you will make.

So cal about 45 mins east of Los angeles so 2 hours from you probably. I would give you everything at a great price with the only pre condition being the care of the live stock as top priority.

What a wise and caring father you are. Wish you and your family well on your adventures! God speed sir.

Just providing an update. We had my mother in laws funeral services this past week. Now I'm finalizing the tank break down. My local LFS is going to handle everything with emphasis on live stock well being first and foremost.

For those in so Cal, I will be using Pisces Fish and Coral located in Rancho Cucamonga. I really want to find all the fish and coral new homes with fellow reefers. If anyone is interested, I will work with the shop owner to get premium low prices so everything can find a nice new home. You can coordinate with me and I'll make sure you get unbeatable deals. There will also be great equipment like nearly new gen 6 radions, vectra M2 pump, etc...

Feel free to message me with your interest. You can see the tank pictures for reference and I can give you a list of fish and inverts. Even 5 year old seasoned rocks would be nice to add to a new set up to aid your biome.

Sorry to see you go, but it sounds like you made the right choice for you and your family. Safe travels!

I’m happy for you that you have family projects to look for. You are absolutely right : time flies and we need to enjoy what we love while we can.

I always liked reading your posts. I hope you come by once in a while.
Thank you

I wanted to update everyone with some great news. Pisces Fish and Coral in Rancho Cucamonga assisted with my tank break down.

As of today, my tank has been resold and is up and cycling. All of my equipment has sold and some items were retained for the shop owners tank. All of my fish and inverts survived the move and have been resold to new homes. Lots of the coral has been resold too.

Shop employee told me that people from the forum here saw my post and came in to buy my stuff. I am so incredibly happy that my live stock found new homes, even my long term mated clowns stayed together too. I was so worried about my aquatic friends.

I wanted to let any so cal locals know too that there are still some really nice corals for sale from my tank there at really reduced prices compared to online. A beautiful fox coral, toadstool, nice mini colonies of acro frags, etc...I would love to see these pieces find their home in someone's reef.

Thank you to anyone from the forum here who went to the shop and helped my livestock find new homes. I feel so happy now after being depressed from the break down.

I've been to that shop. It wasn't too far from the Office I worked at in Ontario back in early 2020 as COVID sent us all home. Small world.

Enjoy your travels.
