when I turn on the filter, the salinity level will rise, and when I turn off the filter, the salinity level is normal
what's the problem?
my tank spec:
capacity: 49 liters
pump: 600 liters per hour

What do you mean results are the same?

So you turn off the pump. Dip it. Remove it. Look at the level. Are you saying if you repeat the process with the pump on that the level is different?

For a tank with corals, neither level is good

yes the result is different, turn off the pump and turn on the pump. the result if you turn off the pump the salinity level is normal
