As long as its a purchase, its legal whether before or after the ban ad yes you can sell it

Fish appears to have a fin ray issue ( nothing contageous) but I would go with private party sale as the LFS will give you practically nothing and ridiculous offer in store credit at the retail level
I would say worth at least $125-150.00
