Beautiful tank.

Many times, polyps only extend at dusk and night and can be caused by lighting or fish that nip at polyps.

If you are getting good growth, I would not be overly concerned with polyp extension during day-light. Do you get any polyp stimulation during feedings?

Angel fish of all types can be problematic in small to medium sized tanks.

I have witnessed my clams and sps close or retract at the mere swim by of Dwarf Angels.

If it’s all growing, it’s not a problem. I use Zeo too and while I’ve had tanks that were extending all the time, my current tank doesn’t do it that much.
