Last night I made some steak and lobster.. the wife dont like seafood, so she got all the green beans, I got the lobster tail... fair trade. Lol. Btw that's a 12oz steak... (even though the tail makes it look like a sausage patty.)

I'm kidding. Rice reminds me of coconut rice, and on top would be curry chicken Jamaican style. One time at a potluck someone brought I think it was jerk fish and I've never had anything like that again. In Jamaica went to visit in 1995, told the taxi guy take us to a hole in the wall and boy was that good.

Not sure about the April meeting. Gotta check the work schedule, you know how that goes. We have some from last trip to the island also, we used it on chicken. Turned out good, but not as good as sitting there under the sun with a rum punch :)
