I’ve been reading some forms, but wanted to see what some of you guys have had experience with. Do you guys know if dipping my zoas in a 3% hydrogen peroxide for like 2 to 3 minutes if it will be OK for the Zoe‘s and take care of the algae on the rocks. I will post a picture below with the white light so you can see how dirty the rocks are.

I don't scrub anything since it will die off once back in the tank, but I don't see why you couldn't. I'm just talking about frags not complete rocks.
 
You could scrub it off the best you can and then dip them for sure. It won't show to be dead for hours or a day so if you can get most of it off first it would be good in my book
