I need help identifying these worms.

Um hi, first post here
So I was looking into my 30g all in one salt water tank and I found some little worms in there. Can anyone help me ID them?
Ngl, I’m kinda spooked at the moment trying to figure out how they got there. I’ve never seen any bigger ones.

Are they good/bad for the tank? I heard the sting you if you touch them..
