First I had the one power bar, then my LFS guy brought the second one and connected it over the sump. I just took it out from the sump area and relocated it. But now I cant connect it back up. I can take a picture and post it in the morning on here and maybe you can guide me please. It should be like my reef keeper elite. Connect one of the power bars to the main head unit, then connect the second bar to the second slot of the first power bar. Reef keeper equipment is designed to Daisy chain off of each piece of equipment. Then plug both power bars into an outlet. The display should fire right up and give you access to the controller. It will probably be configured from the previous user.
The manuals can be found online or YouTube videos. Which model reef keeper do you have? The lite or the elite?
Yes that was me.Hoparna are you the person that posted on AskBRS about this? I did not know you did not understand what I was trying to say. Sorry about that. The RKL has an iTemp prot built into it. That is what the probe you described connect to. The SL2 also has a temp port on it that is labeled Temp. It does not have a probe connected to it in the photo. The port you have selected in the photo is the port on the SL2 without a probe connected. That is thr reason it shows error. You will have to select the iTemp prot to get the port that your probe is connected to. Hope this helps.
