I need help with green hair algae!

First post here, been in the hobby for 8 years and I’ve done tons of research on this topic. I’m at a loss and don’t know how to get rid of this hair algae. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Dosing 20mL All for reef daily
I am dosing phosphate RX (Lanthanum Chloride) when phosphates read high.
Nitrate: 5-8
Phosphate: keeping it under .10 with phosphate RX

2 year old 90gal tank. DT was covered with algae, I am having to scrub the GHA off the rocks in DT every couple weeks just to keep it from disturbing coral, this seems to help but is a lot of work. 25% water changes every couple of weeks. The tank is loaded with coral. I have a tang but doesn’t seem to help much, plenty of snails and hermits, 4 pin cushion urchins. It just seems to keep growing back.
In my sump I am running a skimmer, and a small refugium with miracle mud that has been taken over by GHA. Cheato is in there but GHA is out competing it. I have tried minimizing my light time, and cut back on feeding, rinsing frozen food. Nothing seems to help. I’d like it to be completely gone.

Im on edge to just dosing reef flux, but with the amount of money I’ve spent on the tank I don’t want to kill anything off. I’ve looked into algae scrubbers/GFO but unsure on that as well.

Any help is appreciated, I understand GHA is taking up nutrients so there may be more than I am reading on the test. I am just at a loss and need some input on what you would do. Should I leave the GHA in the refugium and run it as some kind of algae scrubber?, would it just get back into the DT? Thanks!

Im dealing with the same issue but its going away. This isnt something that fixes overnight. Anecdotally. Sometimes you just have to do some searching in the tank. I had a pile of boogers aka decayinf aquarium crap buried under some of my rocks. I beat myself over the head doing water changes and dosing crap with no real gains.

I even took the rocks out and scrubbed lightly with a tooth brush.

Think of algae as a symptom. Theres something in yoir tank thats giving it food. Its always something dead and rotting. Something youre putting in. Even if its livestock and thr system can’t handle the bioload.

I had eleven fish in a 75 gallon. Im down to five and not adding anymore. It seems to be the sweetspot for now. About as much as an FX6 cannister can handle.

I also had to look at my flow and came to
The comclusion that Sicces pumps dont cut it.
Replaces one with a Nero 5 and at about 70% with different flow patterns, almost no grow back.

Just my experience.

And dosinf phyto seems to help as well.
