I need help!

I have two tanks a 90 gallon and 135 gallon my demise begun after keeping a scopas tang and coral beauty in QT FOR 1 month. I put them in the 135 gallon and next day coral beauty looked rough so i figured he was getting bullied by the scopas tang i kept finding him knipping at him.. i pulled him out and put him (like dumb butt in my 90 gallon) next scopas still in the 135 was guarding food and being a bully.. i put him back in QT… i go pull the coral beauty because he was worse put him in a qt tank and the guy dies… my life became a nightmare.. i put the scopas back (135 tank)after 1 week the guy dies the next day and so does my blenny. My 90 gallom has had 4 losses in total in the stretch of a month. They look fine and then dont and poof. The only thing i noticed was with my gamma and damsel there fins were short.. when they died in my 135 i do see that the tail of my clowns seem to be like missing the white outline all other fish seem fine.pic of the coral beauty of death . What am i dealing with?

Meds i have available
Klanaplex
Focus
Metroplex
Rallypro

Ideally id like to treat them in tank i hVe some corals.

I suspect flukes here as a couple fish mentioned are prone to flukes and the cloudy eyes on coral beauty are another sign. Other signs of flukes are red or swollen with rapid breathing, fish acting lethargic or swimming near the water surface, hiding in the corner of tank or behind rocks, loss of appetite, shaking its head, flashing/darting, develop clamped fins, , or scratching against objects. They may also exhibit what looks like yawning from gill irritation develop, cloudy eyes and loss of color.
If you noticed any of these symptoms, you will want to treat with PraziPro in both tanks. For water readings, how are you testing the levels?

Now i go see my 135 and 1 of my chromis look like this

I agree the coral beauty issue is likely flukes.

This green chromis has severe internal Uronema. Sorry, but that will not be treatable. Luckily, it is also not very contagious.

Ok how should i treat all of my fish from my 90 gallon i have just placed them
In quarentine. Meds i have on hand are kanaplex focus, metroplex, rally pro ,copper power , prazi.., i am afraid of using praxi because i killed a bunch using it. Could you kindly give me instructions on what meds to use ,how to use them and for how long.

Best is use of PraziPro. Apply initial dose at 85% of recommended dosage and allow it to work for 8 days, change water and apply one more application lasting 8 days and do add an air stone as Prazi lowers both oxygen and appetite which may be the case or part of it

Here is my primer on using prazi. It really is pretty safe when used correctly and used soon enough…..
